上拉式硬拉床

LSK5705上拉式硬拉床是我公司自主研发具有知识产权的新产品，对主要部件通过三维建模、三维分析采用*的工艺手段制造出的国内*台高速数控上拉式硬拉床。此型号拉床加工效率*，工件单件加工成本大幅降低，可带自动上下料机械手连线生产。  
LSK5705主要针对热后工件的内孔、内花键及各种不同形状内齿进行整形加工；工件被拉削部位的zui高硬度可达HRC60以上，是提高工件的内孔、内花键、内齿轮等表面粗糙度和齿形精度的关键设备。硬质合金刀具刃磨一次可拉削工件近万个，共可刃磨15次左右—。
